Big concrete balls could stop erosion in Stratford
An artificial reef project using concrete Reef Balls has been installed off the Housatonic River side of Stratford Point. The goal is to stop erosion. It’s a first for Connecticut and is being watched carefully by those who think it might be useful in other locations, and those who think it won’t work.
