Which CT bridges are deficient?
Not deficient: Neither deficient or obsolete.

Functionally obsolete: Outdated and do not meet current design standards required of new bridges.

Structurally Deficient: Significant load-carrying elements are in poor condition or the waterway adequacy is insufficient. A structurally deficient bridge isn’t unsafe; if a bridge is unsafe, it is closed.
